Today was a great day, other than the wind. Why does the wind have to blow so much in good ole West Texas?
I started the day by hostessing a bridal shower for one of Jarrod's friends. It is hard to believe that these guys are old enough to get married, but then I look back and I was a couple of years younger than they are when I got married.
After the shower, Darren and I headed to Lubbock to take my car to the shop (for the 3rd time). I sure hope they got it fixed this time. We had lunch at one of my favorite Mexican food places and I didn't eat one chip! That is awesome for me! After lunch, I had to get a few things at the mall (I found my shoes for the wedding!!!) and then we went to the movie. I love my hubby! He is so good to me!
